We offer commission miniature painting services across four quality levels, model assembly, custom basing, and high-resolution resin 3D printing. We also can handle magnetizing and custom conversions, such as kitbashing and sculpting. If you need something that isn't listed on our services page, just get in touch and we'll quote it for you.
Cost depends on the size of the miniature(s), the painting level(s) you choose, and whether you need assembly and basing. Prices for individual painting range from a few dollars for small infantry at Level 1, up to several hundred dollars for titan-class models at Level 4, while entire armies can end up costing a few thousand dollars. You can see our full pricing table on the Services page, or send us your miniature list for a free, personalized quote.
Turnaround depends on the size of the project, the painting level(s) selected, and our current schedule. Generally speaking, we paint a small order that consists of a couple of miniatures or a small unit in about 1-3 weeks, while multiple units and larger armies can take between 1-3 months. Keep in mind we're typically booked 1-3 months in advance, so that's the usual wait before we can start working on a new order, once your deposit and reservation are confirmed.
Yes. To reserve your slot in our schedule, we require a deposit of 50% of the labour cost plus 100% of any material costs, such as miniatures or 3D printing files. Work only begins once the deposit is paid in full, and shipping your miniatures to us does not itself reserve a slot without the deposit.
Both options work perfectly. We can order miniatures on your behalf, and for Games Workshop products in particular, we often have access to discounted pricing, which typically means you pay less than retail and avoid the cost and hassle of shipping them to us yourself. If you already own your miniatures or simply prefer to send them, that's absolutely fine too. Just let us know your preference when you send your inquiry.
We offer four painting quality levels, so you only pay for the amount of detail you need. Level 1 is our tabletop-standard tier, ideal for large armies and horde units. Level 2 and Level 3 add progressively more highlights, shading, and detail work. Level 4 is our showcase standard, reserved for display-quality centerpiece models. You can browse examples of each level in our Gallery.
Yes. All project specifications, including colors, poses, and assembly details, are recorded in a shared document at the start of your project, and we follow them closely. Minor adjustments, like small detail corrections or simple refinements, are included in the price. Major changes that go beyond the original brief may involve additional costs and extra time.
Absolutely, we ship worldwide. We've painted for clients in Europe, America, UK, Australia, Asia, and in the Middle East. Our orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking included, and they typically arrive within a week.
The client is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied when the package arrives in their country. We usually pay in advance the customs fees, so if you receive packages from us, you can expect to pay nothing at all, or a very small amount. If we incur customs charges, VAT, or brokerage fees when receiving miniatures you've shipped to us, those costs will be added to your order's total amount.
If you cancel after work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project can't move forward for reasons outside either party's control, such as the miniatures failing to arrive within 90 days or a supplier confirming the order can't be fulfilled, we issue a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Of course. You'll find hundreds of real, finished commissions in our Gallery, organized by painting level, so you can see exactly what to expect at each tier before you order.
