The metallic armor has been shifted toward warmer golden and bronze tones, contrasting with the dark mechanical elements and the colder snowy environment of the base.

The energy effects are painted in deep blue rather than the more typical green associated with Necrons. This creates a strong contrast against the warm metallics, particularly on Szeras’s staff and the various energy conduits running across his mechanical body. Small blue details throughout the miniature help tie these effects together and give the model a consistent visual identity.

Szeras’s intricate mechanical design is particularly well suited to this treatment, with layered armor, exposed machinery, cables, and skeletal elements all picked out separately.
